Vehicle Description: This is after three years of weekends, and all the spare time I can find. I fixed the broken frame, added wrangler springs, a muncie 420, rebuilt a buick 231, added power steering, installed arb airlockers in a flanged offset 44 rearend and a dana 30 frontend with 4.88 gears, found and installed a 1930´s Southwind gasoline heater, Beachwood seats, bodywork and paint, that´s a 67 volkswagon color, durabacked the tub, and to top it all off.....an engine turned stainless dash with stewart warners......It´s nice to be able to build something like this without the worry of destroying a classic.....

Vehicle Story: I purchased this from the son of the original owner. He had restored it, more like paid big money to have it restored. Much of the original jeep was thrown away, including the tub, frame, engine. It was a fun vehicle to drive, but had a broken frame, and the restore wasn´t very good. I have since been in the process of doing a resto-mod, trying to keep the feel of a 50´s jeep with some of the safety and comfort of the 90´s
