Vehicle Description: "Old Blue" was mostly original with L226 drivetrain and limited slip rear differential when purchased. The original paint is Mallard Blue/Plantation White. The original Willys floormat is still in place. I´m slowly removing non-stock items and returning the truck to original condition.

Vehicle Story: The truck had sat idle for 17 years and was initially purchased for parts. The engine turned over but was not running due to bad gas/clogged fuel lines. After replacing the fuel tank, rebuilding the carburetor, performing a tune up, changing fluids, replacing hoses, and minor brake work, Old Blue is a strong running truck! I replaced the VW bucket seats with a Willys bench seat recovered with turquoise & white naugahyde. Original Willys 16" rims were purchased, sandblasted and powdercoated white, replacing the ´wagon wheel´ rims and oversize tires on the truck. New front springs, shocks, and a front axle rebuild is the next step in the project.
